Orders

· How do I place an order ?

Simply add the items of your choice to your cart (PDF patterns or plush toys), then confirm your order through our secure payment system.

· Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form or on Instagram. We’ll do our best to find a solution depending on the order’s progress.

Payment

· Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made directly on the website via credit/debit card, Google Pay, or Klarna (pay later or in installments, depending on Klarna’s terms).

· Is the payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are encrypted and secured by our payment provider. No banking data is stored on our website.

Shipping

· What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

- PDF patterns: sent automatically by email. The download link may take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox (please check your spam folder).

- Plush toys: shipped within 3 business days, or up to 7 business days during busy periods (end-of-year holidays, events, etc.).

- Custom orders: production time is to be discussed together, usually between 1 and 4 weeks depending on my schedule.

· Which carriers do you use?

- Mondial Relay for destinations covered by their service.
- La Poste for deliveries within France.

Returns and refunds

· Can I return a plush toy?

No, for hygiene and safety reasons, plush toys cannot be returned. Some models are intended for children, and we do not wish to risk potential cross allergies.

· Can I get a refund for a PDF pattern?

No, digital products (PDF patterns) cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been sent.

· What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me upon receipt with photos of the package and the damaged item. We’ll work together to find the best solution.

Custom orders

· Do you offer custom-made plush toys?

Yes, depending on my availability and the project’s feasibility. Feel free to send me a message to discuss it: animal type, colors, size, timeframe, etc.
The production time for a custom plush usually ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the period and project complexity.

· How can I order a custom plush toy?

Contact me through the contact form or on Instagram so we can discuss your idea. If we reach an agreement, a deposit between €10 and €15 will be required before the project starts. Please note that if the project is canceled after work has begun, we reserve the right to keep the deposit to cover the cost of materials already used. Any project modification once production has started may result in a revised quote.

· Are the plush toys handmade?

Yes! Every plush toy is entirely handmade with care in my workshop. Small variations may occur between models: that’s what makes each piece unique and special.

· Where can I find my PDF patterns after purchase?

A download link is automatically sent to the email address used for your order. If you haven’t received it after 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact me with your order number.
